Job Description

Some of what you will do:

The Fitness & Wellness Consultant will lead the operations and classes of our onsite fitness facility while supporting the development and execution of company-wide wellness initiatives. This hybrid role combines hands-on fitness management with strategic collaboration to foster a culture of health and well-being across our corporate and retail environments.

Specifically, You Will:

Fitness Facility Management

Oversee daily operations of the onsite fitness center, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company and privacy policies. Maintain facility manuals, equipment inventory, and vendor relationships (e.g., maintenance contracts).

Associate Wellness Engagement

Lead group fitness classes, virtual stretch and meditation breaks, and wellness clinics. Conduct fitness assessments and provide personalized workout plans. Organize onsite wellness activities such as walking clubs and running programs.

Wellness Strategy Support

Partner with internal stakeholders to support the company's wellness strategy. Coordinate wellness days, incentive challenges, and educational campaigns. Customize and implement wellness programs tailored to associate needs across corporate and retail locations.

Some of what you need:

Degree or certification in Health Promotion, Kinesiology, or related field. Experience in fitness facility management and corporate wellness programming. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. Certified in CPR and First Aid Leading classes, Spin, Yoga, Dance, weight training, CrossFit etc. 2 - 3 years of experience in a managing a corporate gym and wellness programs. CSEP Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT) Canadian Fitness Education Services (CFES) Personal Trainer /Can Fit Pro Certification Club Manager Certification (CMAC) for leadership and operation
