We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Wellness Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty and wellness, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service while promoting our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a flair for sales. As a Wellness Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales through product demonstrations, upselling, and effective merchandising.

Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with clients and addressing their needs Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our beauty and wellness offerings Utilize salon software such as Millennium for appointment scheduling and client management Manage front desk operations including cashiering, phone etiquette, and handling customer inquiries Assist in retail sales by upselling products and services to enhance client satisfaction Maintain an organized and stocked inventory of products on display Implement effective merchandising strategies to attract customers Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience Stay updated on beauty trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations Manage social media accounts to promote products, services, and special events

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable Familiarity with salon software systems such as Millennium is a plus Skills in makeup application, beauty & cosmetics sales, and product demos are advantageous Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced communication with diverse clientele Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and retail transactions Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $27.85-$53.67 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 60 per week
