Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - What You Offer

Current LPN accreditation Dementia and palliative care experience (an asset) Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated Ability to work independently Strong connection with senior residents and their families Computer and organizational skills (office systems and Yardi experience required)

Role Summary:

The LPN will be responsible for providing exceptional clinical and resident-centered care while contributing positively to our Wellness Team.

Health Care Aide (HCA) - What You Offer

HCA certification with medication certification Current CPR Level C / AED Dependable, with sound judgment and flexibility Passion for working with senior clientele Strong communication skills for positive interactions with residents, families, guests, and team members

Role Summary:

The HCA plays a vital role in supporting residents' daily care needs while fostering a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
