We are seeking a reliable, organized, and professional individual to join our busy wellness clinic team as a
Front Desk Manager
. This key role involves overseeing the front desk staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing clinic operations, and contributing to a smooth and welcoming environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and support front desk staff to ensure outstanding performance and client satisfaction.
Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanour.
Oversee the scheduling of appointments, maintaining an accurate and efficient appointment calendar.
Handle patient follow-ups, including appointment reminders and post-visit communications.
Order and manage inventory of clinic supplies, ensuring the front desk and clinic are well-stocked and organized.
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, addressing client needs with care and professionalism.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front reception area.
Address general inquiries and provide accurate information about the clinic's services and policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare, wellness, or customer service setting.
Previous experience with Jane Clinic Management software is an asset
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and handle a busy environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in inventory management and scheduling is a strong asset.
