About the Role



We're seeking a hands-on

Night Shift Production Supervisor

to lead, motivate, and support our talented production team. In this leadership role, you'll manage and inspire a group of workers to maintain our high standards of quality and productivity, making sure we meet our production targets every time. The successful candidate will complete an orientation period on the day shift before transitioning to our night shift (currently Monday to Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.; additional hours may be required).

Key Responsibilities




Supervise night shift welding operations and support department-wide production. Drive continuous improvement in quality and productivity. Communicate and uphold Titan Trailers' policies and procedures. Conduct safety and quality audits, and investigate incidents to ensure a safe workplace. Clearly and respectfully communicate updates across all levels--verbally, by email, and in written reports. Use computers for reports and communication (Outlook, Word, Excel). Complete employee performance evaluations with actionable, constructive feedback. Lead by example--create a positive and productive team culture.



Essential Qualifications




Secondary school diploma (Grade 12) required. Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing (preferably welding/fabrication). Proven leadership, time management, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in blueprint reading, machinery operation, and understanding of production processes. Demonstrated ability to coordinate, train, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Supervisory training, welding, and aluminum fabrication experience are assets.
