Responsibilities for welding supervisor
- Assess and set-up of training programs
- Read, interpret and work from controlled documentation and processes Continuously improve processes and manpower efficiency, utilization and productivity
- Experience in Blue Print Reading, Lean Manufacturing and Team Building is a must
- Must be computer literate and possess excellent written and verbal skills
- Provides day to day supervision of employee job execution
- Executes daily tasks in order to support production requirements
- Manages all hourly employees in the assigned departments
- Must have Associate degree or a minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role
- Must have experience in an assembly environment
- Positive attitude and good leadership abilities
- Associate degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Minimum of 2 years of high volume manufacturing experience
- At least 3 years in a high volume manufacturing sector
