Novid Inc. is an industry leader in the manufacturing of Stainless-Steel agricultural products. We are currently accepting applications for the position of: CWB Welding and Quality Assurance Manager
Day Shift - 4 x 10 Hour Shifts Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm
Salary \xe2\x80\x93 Based on experience. Starting wage dependent on qualifications
All necessary training will be provided. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Stainless steel MIG welding
- Operate welders, grinders, etc.
- Operate tank building equipment
- Provide guidance to employees to maintain CWB and Quality Standards
- Follow, create, and enforce approved weld settings.
- Provide leadership and lead by example
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Oversee and participate in warranty projects/trips
- CWB Welding Supervisor Certificate
- Minimum 7 years welding experience
- Strong focus on quality
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to trouble shoot quality issues and repairs
- Willingness to learn
- Demonstrates a positive attitude
- Team player
- Able to lift 50lbs
