Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Controller to join our team. The Quality Controller will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications. This role requires experience in welding and fabrication industry, the ability to read shop drawings, weld symbols, tape measures and other measuring tools.

Duties:
- Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests to ensure product conformity
- Identify and document any non-conforming products or materials
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and any quality-related documentation
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency

Requirements:
- CWB level 1
- Proven experience as a Quality Controller or similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using quality control tools and techniques
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
