Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various welding techniques and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products through precise welding and fabrication processes. The Welder will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, contributing to projects that require attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding on various materials, ensuring high-quality welds. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment effectively. Operate machinery such as plasma cutters, and forklifts as needed. Conduct rigging operations safely when moving heavy materials or components. Assemble components according to specifications while maintaining accuracy and quality. Inspect completed work for defects or inconsistencies and make necessary adjustments. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

Proficient in MIG welding, and plasma cutting techniques. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing processes. Familiarity with rigging practices and safe operation of cranes. Ability to use tape for precise measurements and adjustments. Competent in basic math skills for calculations related to welding tasks Ability to operate forklifts safely in a manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Pay: $20.00-$32.96 per hour
