We are currently seeking a

CWB Certified Structural Welder/Fabricator

to join our growing team. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in structural welding and metal fabrication, with a focus on quality, precision, and safety in a high-performance environment.

(On-site, shop-based role)

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical schematics to plan and execute welds accurately. Perform CWB-standard welds including MIG, stick, and flux-core processes on a variety of metals and thicknesses. Ensure weld quality, proper penetration, and visual aesthetics of all finished welds. Perform visual and mechanical inspections on welds, identifying and correcting defects as needed. Operate fabrication tools and shop equipment such as hoists, grinders, saws, and measuring devices. Maintain welding equipment through regular cleaning and basic troubleshooting. Comply with all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE at all times. Collaborate with supervisors and coworkers to meet production timelines and quality targets. Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

CWB Certification (current and valid) - REQUIRED Minimum 3 years of structural welding and fabrication experience - REQUIRED Proficient in blueprint reading and welding symbol interpretation. Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with measurement tools (calipers, squares, etc.). Physically capable of lifting heavy components and standing for extended periods. High attention to detail, with a strong focus on safety and quality. Ability to work independently and within a team setting.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour (Based on experience and qualifications)*
Hours: Minimum 37.5 hours per week, must be willing and able to work shift work and overtime as required.
