Job Description

Duties:
- Assemble and fabricate metal components according to blueprints, schematics, and codes standards
- Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG and Stick welding
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and smooth metal components
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Conduct inspections to ensure welds meet quality standards
- Operate machinery such as plasma cutters, iron worker, band saw and drill presses equipment
- Rig and move heavy materials using forklifts and over head cranes

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 -3 years of experience as a welder in a similar role
- Proficient in various welding techniques including MIG, and Stick welding
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of fabrication processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Familiarity with codes standards for welding procedures and safety regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
