Department: Manufacturing - Large Petroleum Tanks (size range 25,000 - 250,000 litres)

Location: Nobleford, AB, CanadaAbout AGIAGI is a global company publicly traded in Canada. We currently have over 100 employees operating out of 200,000 square feet of manufacturing facility in Nobleford, Alberta (approx. 20 mins north of Lethbridge). We manufacture Westeel petroleum storage tanks and smooth wall fertilizer and grain storage bins; and are Canadas largest manufacturer of grain aeration and natural air grain drying equipment.The OpportunityWe are actively seeking Welders to join our team in manufacturing large petroleum tanks (size range 25,000 - 250,000 litres) within our facility in Nobleford, Alberta (approx. 20 mins north of Lethbridge).The TeamThe role will report to the Production Manager.Qualification

• Motivated candidates with welding experience
• Ability and interest to gain CWB certification in SAW as well as SMAW, GMAW and FCAW in the flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions as required.
• Able to lift and maneuver 50 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to work at heights and within confined spaces
• Familiarity with the use of Jigs & fixtures
• Able to work in fast paced environment standing for long periods of time
• Attention to detail, problem solving, and communication skills
• Ability to read, understand and follow blueprints and welding symbols
