Welders - Journeyman and Apprentices
Hotsy Water Blast Tank custom manufactures Parts Washers, Dip Tanks, Industrial Cleaning Equipment and related products.
We are looking for Mild Steel
welders for our Edmonton, Alberta location. This islong term work with no travel.
Minimum: 1st period apprentice or 2nd period apprentice is required Post-secondary training form a recognized technical program Must have reliable transportation to and from work, Public Transit is not available
Responsibilities
New fabrication and fitting Custom fabrication Job task planning and organizing Following required safety protocols Operate hoisting and lifting equipment
Skills and Abilities
Able to weld mild steel MIG welding experience is required Able to lift 13.5 kg (30 lbs.) Able to perform physically demanding repetitive tasks Possesses manual dexterity and good hand eye coordination Able to stand for extended periods Able to communicate in a team environment Problem solving, critical thinking and decision making
