Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties
- Work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Pre-use inspection on equipment before starting the job.
- Read and interpret drawings per the job.
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment (SMAW, FCAW, GTAW, SAW)
- Select proper tooling for the job.
- Set up on weld positioner/spinner.
- Follow appropriate work instructions per the job and adhere to weld procedures.
- Follow the QHSE policy and procedures.
- Communicate process and safety improvements throughout the shop.
- Other duties as required.
Minimum Job Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Journeyman red seal welder.
- B pressure experience an asset.
- Heat treat experience an asset.
- Overhead crane and forklift experience.
- Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Canada, without sponsorship.
