Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble metal components using welding techniques and finishing quality must be above average (Pride in workmanship)
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Operate press brake machines, shear machine, punch machine, stud machine and other various equipment required for the position
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding and fabrication
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of metalworking processes
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and dimensions
- CWB tickets is a plus

Skills:
- Welding: Proficient in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Fabrication: Skilled in fabricating metal components which includes obtaining materials from yard - cutting as required - punching as required - welding as required, above average finishing according to specifications
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Mechanical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical principles and metalworking processes
- Press Brake Machine: Experience operating press brake machines for bending and shaping metal
- Basic Math: Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and dimensions
- Crane: Familiarity with rigging equipment for lifting and moving heavy materials
