We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Welder

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components through a variety of welding techniques. The role requires a strong understanding of welding processes, safety standards, and the ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols Cut, fit, and assemble metal components accurately and efficiently Inspect and test welds to ensure structural soundness and quality Operate welding tools and machinery safely and effectively Maintain and repair welding equipment and tools Follow all safety protocols, including the use of PPE and hazard prevention Complete documentation and reports related to welding operations Collaborate with other fabricators, engineers, and team members to complete projects on time

Qualifications:

? High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding or a related field is preferred.

? Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding for steel structures.

? Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, Metal Core).

? Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

? Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.

? Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

? Knowledge of safety standards and practices in welding and construction.

? Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and work in various positions.

? Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

? Certification according to Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) standards Metal core and Mig Ticket

? Experience with structural steel fabrication and installation.

? Knowledge of metallurgy and welding metallurgy.

? Familiarity with drawing codes

? Forklift and crane operation certifications.

? Experience with structural steel fabrication and installation.

? Familiar with Plasma cutting , laser cutting , punching and drilling will be an advantage.

Working Conditions:

? Full-time position with potential for overtime, depending on project demands.

? Work environment includes exposure to heat, noise, and fumes; proper PPE will be provided.

? Position may require standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects for extended periods.

? Occasional travel to job sites may be required.

Wages may vary depending on candidate's experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$35.00 per hour depending to experience

? After three months ( Vision , medication , Dental, and all other group benefit packages )

? 8 hour shift and possibility of overtime if is needed
