JOB OVERVIEW
Responsibilities:Perform TIG welding and plasma spray coatings on aerospace components.
Work with high-temperature and corrosion-resistant alloys such as Titanium, Inconel, and Stainless Steel.
Inspect, prepare, and weld engine components, casings, and critical structural elements.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and aerospace repair work instructions.
Ensure compliance with AS9100, FAA, and EASA aerospace regulations.
Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and inspectors to achieve the highest repair quality.
Maintain 5S and safety protocols in the welding area.
Qualifications:Proven experience in TIG welding, plasma spray, or aerospace component welding.
Strong knowledge of aerospace alloys, including Titanium, Inconel, and other high-performance materials.
Ability to work with thin-walled components, precision welds, and complex geometries.
Certification in welding techniques (AWS, CWB, or equivalent) is a plus.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to aerospace-grade quality.
