Job Description
Customer Service Representative's will welcome clients and facility users, assist in facility scheduling, provide access passes and equipment, prepare daily deposits, act as a communication link between all departments in the facility, and provide general information about services available in the building and in the community.
Candidates must enjoy working with the public, have above-average communication skills, and provide exemplary customer service. Candidates must be friendly, self-motivated, team players who are confident working in a fast-paced environment. Experience relevant to the position may be considered an asset. Shift work is involved, including evenings and weekends.
