We're a tech-forward optometry and medical aesthetics clinic known for exceptional care, innovative services, and a fun, collaborative team. You'll be the friendly face that welcomes patients, helps them feel at ease, and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

Greet and check in/out patients with warmth and professionalism. Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings. Educate patients on our services and eyewear options. Support product sales and process insurance claims. Assist with clinic administration and patient coordination. Pitch in with creative tasks! For example, taking photos or videos for social media and marketing initiatives.

Who You Are

You're someone who:


Has experience in retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing industry. Communicates clearly and loves connecting with people. Stays organized and calm in a busy environment. Enjoys working in a team and brings positive, approachable energy. Learns quickly and takes initiative. (Bonus!) Has experience in optometry, aesthetics, or a healthcare setting.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours/week. Alternating schedule: one week Mon-Fri, the next Tues-Sat (with a 3-day weekend). Up to 2 late nights per week (finish by 7pm). Option for a 4-day work week (32-40 hours).
