Welcome Centre Lead
to guide our front desk team and help deliver an outstanding experience to every patient who walks through our doors.
We're a tech-forward optometry and medical aesthetics clinic known for exceptional care, innovative services, and a fun, collaborative team. You'll lead a group of 4 - 5 talented Welcome Centre Specialists, ensuring smooth operations, great communication, and an unbeatable first impression for our patients.

What You'll Do
Lead and support a team of 4 -5 front desk staff. This includes mentoring, coaching, and ensuring a positive, high-performing environment.
Manage patient flow and scheduling to keep the day running efficiently and smoothly.
Be the first impression! Greet patients, coordinate care, and oversee the front desk experience.
Problem-solve and streamline processes to improve communication and efficiency across departments.
Collaborate with clinical and management teams to align front desk operations with patient care goals.
Oversee the inventory of office and clinical supplies to ensure readiness for patient care.
Oversee new patient leads and inquiries, helping ensure a timely, personalized response.
Contribute to team projects like social media support, patient communications, and special initiatives.
Who You Are
An approachable, down-to-earth leader who motivates through example and encouragement.
Experienced in reception, customer service, or patient care coordination (medical or healthcare background a plus but not required).
Organized, communicative, and confident managing multiple priorities at once.
Tech-comfortable and adaptable to new systems and ways of doing things.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative clinic that's always evolving.
Brings strong communication and collaboration skills. You enjoy connecting with both patients and teammates.
(Bonus!) You've led or supported a front desk or service team before and are looking to grow into a larger leadership role.

Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours/week.
Alternating schedule: one week Mon-Fri, the next Tues-Sat (with a 3-day weekend).
