Temporary Full-Time Welcome Center Attendant

to cover an

approximately 18-month maternity leave

. In this key front-line role, you'll be the face of our dealership--ensuring every guest feels welcomed, informed, and supported, all while helping our team run smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing



As the first point of contact in our busy showroom, your responsibilities will include:

Guest Experience & Front-Line Support



Greet all showroom guests and ensure they are attended to promptly Offer refreshments and maintain a welcoming environment Direct new guests to the appropriate department (Sales, Service, F&I) Monitor showroom traffic and notify sales staff of guest arrivals Keep the showroom tidy, including water and coffee stations

Administrative & Communication Duties



Answer and transfer incoming calls; take messages as required Manage scheduling and attendance through When I Work*
Coordinate and confirm appointments using Podium*
Respond to and follow up with online leads via CRM Handle deal scanning, filing, and documentation audits Track and report Keyper (keys/plates), dealer transfers, and courier tasks

Sales & Service Support



Set up service drive appointments and ESP follow-ups Assist with F&I after-sales opportunities and insurance reminders Support RCL buyouts, ESP quoting, and FMPP follow-ups Send NVO emails, reminder texts, and FordPass download instructions Prepare and distribute sales KPI reports from multiple lead sources Monitor Podium lead activity and follow up on manager responses

Extra Team Support



Order Saturday lunches (as needed) Run and distribute end-of-day Keyper reports Support the finance team by ensuring file completion and scanning Perform occasional errands for sales and finance teams

Who You Are



1+ year of experience in customer service or administration Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented A strong multitasker who excels in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy with confidence using CRM, email, and scheduling tools Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a supportive team
