Good Bread is a wholesale bakery producing high-quality fresh and frozen bread products for customers across Western Canada. Position Overview:

As a Weigh-Up Team Member, you will be responsible for accurately weighing and preparing ingredients for our bread production. This is a critical role in ensuring product consistency and quality. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately weigh and batch ingredients according to recipe specifications.

- Prepare ingredient bins for mixing teams in a timely manner.

- Ensure proper labelling and documentation of all weighed ingredients.

- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety procedures.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the weigh-up area.

- Communicate with production supervisors to ensure smooth operation flow.

- Assist with inventory counts and reporting low stock levels.

- Safely handle and store raw materials, including lifting and moving product as required.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food production or weighing up ingredients preferred but not required--training will be provided.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 25 kg regularly. - Basic math skills for weighing and scaling ingredients.

- Ability to follow recipes and production schedules.

- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
