We're looking for a
weekend-only, in-office Customer Service & Fulfillment Representative
to join our team. This role is focused on supporting our full-time, in-person weekend rep with order packing and device retrieval, while also providing some light customer support.Main Responsibilities:
Pack and prepare orders for in-person pick up appointments Retrieve devices from inventory for in-store purchases. Answer a portion of customer emails, calls, and chats to support weekend coverage.
What We're Looking For:
A "happy to help" attitude, with a mix of problem-solving and routine support. Reliability -- since this role is weekend-only, we'll depend on you to keep things running smoothly during that time. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts. Strong communication and people skills. Previous experience in customer service, retail, or fulfillment is helpful, but training will be provided.

This is an
in-office position in Toronto
, weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Pay: $19.00 per hour
