We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and relationship building skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing- Conduct data entry to update customer records and sales orders- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or services- Effectively communicate company promotions and special offers- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction- Ability to communicate effectively in a clear and professional manner- Proficiency in data entry to maintain accurate customer records- Sales experience or willingness to learn sales techniques- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse customer interactions

Customer Service and Sales Representatives receive an uncapped commission and regular performance bonuses in addition to a base salary. High-achieving Customer Service and Sales Representatives earn between $1500 - $2000 per week and average representatives earn between $800 - $1000 per week.
