This position is mainly retail customer service on weekends at our Village at Pineridge Hollow location, with occasional weekdays. Let us know your availability. We may hire more than one person to cover the hours we need. Duties:
*Take responsibility for retail openings; merchandising products, organizing retail area
*Welcome and serve customers throughout the day
*Assist with production tasks including glazing/finishing/slicing pastry items for sale
*Assemble sandwiches and coordinate lunch service with other customer service staff
*Keep inventory for retail and packaging items
*Keep records of pastry and bread sales
*Maintain retail area throughout the day, keeping front counter, shelves, and floors clean Requirements:
*Some retail food experience
*Friendly and enthusiastic
*Able to teach and learn effectively from others
*A positive and helpful attitude
*Team-oriented
*Strong problem solver
*Able to multitask under pressure
