About the Role
We're looking for a
tech-savvy, creative, and organized individual
to manage and grow our online presence. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about technology, photography, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
You'll be in charge of keeping our website up to date with new inventory, taking high-quality product photos, writing compelling product descriptions, uploading items, removing sold products, and creating engaging content for platforms. You'll also work closely with our stores and back-end operations to ensure accurate stock levels and smooth online order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Photograph products for the website and social media
Upload, update, and maintain product listings, including features, pricing, and descriptions
Remove sold or unavailable items and monitor stock status
Communicate with stores and suppliers to track new inventory and updates
Submit and process orders online
Monitor website accuracy, promotions, and product visibility
Assist with basic digital marketing initiatives
Create photo and video content for social media for reels, posts, and stories
What We're Looking For:
Comfortable using computers, websites, and mobile tools
Tech-savvy with a passion for digital tools and online platforms
Strong interest or background in photography and/or videography
Experience using website platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce) is an asset
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong communication and writing skills in English
Bonus Points For:
Education in IT, marketing, media, photography, or similar fields
Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or online content creation
Familiarity with editing tools (Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Experience running social media accounts or ads
Technical Skills:
Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite
, especially
Excel
(for inventory tracking, data entry) and
PowerPoint
(for internal presentations or marketing ideas)
Comfortable learning and using
modern digital tools
(e.g., Google Workspace, Canva, Trello, Slack, or similar)
Ability to manage
files, folders, cloud systems
, and basic tech troubleshooting
Strong keyboarding, file management, and general computer literacy
