Web Development & Digital Marketing Specialist

Delta Regis Tools has been providing excellent quality tools and related accessories to the production/assembly market for over 20 years! We are looking to expand our marketing team with a dynamic sales-oriented self-starter. Small office setting with excellent growth opportunity.

Overview:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this candidate will be responsible for developing, improving, and modifying our public website (including sister company websites). Responsibilities include the management and creation of compelling and relevant content across all major social channels while leveraging best practices to grow both organic and paid engagement. The candidate will also be responsible for creating and rolling out marketing content across all digital platforms helping to boost customer engagement and brand recognition.

Qualifications:

A post-secondary degree in communications, marketing, or a related area; work experience and education will be considered Highly organized and detail orientated individual Intermediate knowledge of the full suite of Adobe products Intermediate to advanced knowledge of JS, CSS, HTML and PHP Experience with digital platforms such as Google Search Console and Analytics Foundational understanding of all social media platforms is required
Responsibilities:

Create and/or post online content for use on multiple channels including websites, emails, social media, blogs and others. Manage and report analytics for organic and paid social media campaigns focusing on audience growth and increasing engagements. Constantly look for ways to improve content and user experience through data-driven assessment of current digital trends and by testing new ideas. Write and edit online code and content WordPress/WooCommerce websites that is intuitive and SEO conforming. Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency Any ad hoc marketing related tasks based on business needs

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
