EnpowerHERto seeks an experienced Web Developer to join our team. We are looking for someone who can design, develop, and modify layout and functionality of our web portfolio, which will be visually appealing with clear navigation and a user-friendly design. Primary Responsibilities:
\xe2\x97\x8f Must be able to plan, organize and carry out ALL aspects of the web development process. This includes assisting with project scope/direction, prototyping, design, development, testing, and launching the final site.
\xe2\x97\x8f Plan, organize and launch multiple landing pages and improve performance, and stability of our sites
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong understanding of general web functions, industry best practices and standards
\xe2\x97\x8f Expert ability to break down complex problems and generate hypotheses on how to solve them
\xe2\x97\x8f Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Web Applications and related programming languages
\xe2\x97\x8f Deep functional knowledge or hands-on design experience with Web Services
\xe2\x97\x8f Superb written and verbal communication Required Education, Experience and Technical Skills:
\xe2\x97\x8f Graphic Design diploma or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/community college diploma with some design experience
\xe2\x97\x8f Advanced HTML, CSS skills; Expertise working with the web design/print software suite of Adobe/Macromedia (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, InDesign)
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent design skills, including typography, layout, colour, user interface & navigation
\xe2\x97\x8f Able to design for cross platform compatibility
