EnpowerHERto seeks an experienced Web Developer to join our team. We are looking for someone who can design, develop, and modify layout and functionality of our web portfolio, which will be visually appealing with clear navigation and a user-friendly design.Primary Responsibilities:
Must be able to plan, organize and carry out ALL aspects of the web development process. This includes assisting with project scope/direction, prototyping, design, development, testing, and launching the final site.
Plan, organize and launch multiple landing pages and improve performance, and stability of our sites
Strong understanding of general web functions, industry best practices and standards
Expert ability to break down complex problems and generate hypotheses on how to solve them
Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Web Applications and related programming languages
Deep functional knowledge or hands-on design experience with Web Services
Superb written and verbal communicationRequired Education, Experience and Technical Skills:
Graphic Design diploma or bachelors degree/community college diploma with some design experience
Advanced HTML, CSS skills; Expertise working with the web design/print software suite of Adobe/Macromedia (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, InDesign)
Excellent design skills, including typography, layout, colour, user interface & navigation
Able to design for cross platform compatibility
