Overview


We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer and a SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual design and a strong understanding of web technologies. You will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly websites that effectively communicate our brand's message. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and an eye for detail to deliver high-quality web experiences.

Responsibilities:



Design and develop visually engaging, SEO-optimized websites aligned with client branding and business goals. Implement responsive design principles to ensure seamless performance across devices and screen sizes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver intuitive, user-friendly, conversion-focused websites. Design product catalogues, brochures, packaging, and marketing collateral that reflect brand identity. Create high-quality graphics, wireframes, product mockups, and animations using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Visio, and Adobe Acrobat. Optimize websites with on-page SEO best practices, keyword integration, metadata management, and site speed improvements. Conduct user testing and analytics reviews (Google Analytics, Search Console) to measure performance and make data-driven improvements. Manage and update website content using CMS platforms (Drupal, WordPress). Integrate email marketing components into websites to support campaign goals and customer engagement. Develop and optimize Amazon product listings, A+ content, and brand storefronts for improved visibility and conversions. Manage and analyze Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central dashboards to monitor performance and drive results. Use AJAX and Node.js for dynamic content loading and enhanced interactivity. Stay updated with the latest trends in web design, SEO, e-commerce, and digital marketing to drive continuous innovation.

Requirements:



Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field (web design, digital marketing, or related disciplines). Proficiency in visual design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Adobe After Effects. Strong knowledge of front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and Node.js. Experience with content management systems (CMS), especially Drupal. Solid understanding of SEO best practices, with proven experience using optimization tools and techniques. Hands-on experience managing and analyzing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central dashboards. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and other digital marketing toolsets. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. A robust portfolio showcasing past web design projects, demonstrating measurable SEO impact and results. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and their connection to SEO performance and user engagement is a plus.
