Job Description


The Deployment Specialist will be responsible for integrating assets created by various studio functions (design, copy, development) and ensuring they are delivered seamlessly to our customers. Serving as the webmasters of our client\'s website, the deployment team is dedicated to creating, managing, and updating the rules, content, and details that bring the site to life. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to flawlessly execute complex eCommerce campaigns are essential for success in this role.This is a 1-year contract. Our client is working on a hybrid basis and it will require the Deployment Specialist to work in our client\'s office 2 days per week in Mississauga.Advantages

Responsibilities
  • Deploy rules and assets to bring content and promotions to life using various CMS platforms.
  • Manage the CMS repository strategy to ensure content and files are easily accessible and intuitively organized for seamless site maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to understand and leverage new features and functions, translating them into innovative promotional strategies.
  • Test the site in a staging environment before launch to ensure proper implementation of changes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve promotional issues promptly, with occasional overtime required.
  • Work with the Site Merchandising and Studio Teams to educate on site capabilities and how to best utilize them in promotional strategies.
  • Execute weekly paid marketing (share of voice) campaigns on our client\'s website.
  • Support the Site Merchandising and Optimization Teams by creating and executing A/B tests of varying complexity.
  • Utilize basic HTML/CSS skills to modify page templates.
Qualifications
  • 1-4 years of related experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Quality assurance background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in publishing through WordPress (or similar CMS, with a strong preference for WordPress)
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills
  • Experience with basic image manipulation (cropping/resizing/file size optimization) using Photoshop or similar platforms
  • Experience with enterprise-level project management platforms (Wrike, JIRA, Asana, etc.)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
