A successful candidate for this position will always be willing to learn and is focused on achieving the highest level of client service and dedication. A high attention to detail is required and the role's priority focus is serving a growing pool of client capital over multiple generations.

Your job:

Collaborate closely with Senior Wealth Associate. Manage client servicing tasks including emailing statements, mailing birthday letters, handling weekly and monthly tasks, sending tax packages, and processing account openings. Execute routine operations such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, ensuring thorough follow-up. Process and follow-up on client documentation for proper maintenance of accounts Liaise with internal departments to support operational efficiency and stay informed of procedural updates. Update our databases, maintain our microsite, work on marketing material and mailout of newsletters Support servicing of existing clients. Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules

Skills:

Be a Team Player who works cooperatively within the team and other departments to meet our customers' needs. Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, demonstrates ability to meet deadlines, take initiatives and multi-task. Show empowerment through solving problems and making decisions independently, while being accountable for the results. Analytical, natural curiosity, innovative and creative thinker. Strong communication and writing skills.

Prerequisites:

Post-secondary education in a relevant business discipline. Minimum of 2 years' experience in banking or finance (flexible based on relevant experience). Licensed as an Investment Associate or willingness to complete the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook within 6 months of hire. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional customer service skills.
