We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Driller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in drilling operations, particularly in the oil and gas industry. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate various drilling equipment safely and efficiently. The Driller will play a crucial role in ensuring that drilling projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Operate drilling rigs and associated equipment for various drilling projects. Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Monitor drilling parameters and adjust as necessary to optimize performance. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Maintain accurate records of drilling activities, including depth, pressure, and other relevant data. Troubleshoot mechanical issues that may arise during drilling operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Assist in training new personnel on drilling techniques and equipment operation.

Skills

Proficiency in operating forklifts and other heavy machinery. Experience with commercial driving for transporting equipment as needed. Knowledge of horizontal drilling techniques is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain drilling equipment effectively. Familiarity with oil and gas industry standards and practices. Ability to build rapport with team members while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.
