Accepting resumes for a Line Cook to work at Vimy's Lounge & Grill in beautiful Waterton Lakes National Park, AB for the Summer!

It's the perfect place to view spectacular scenery, wildlife and enjoy outstanding outdoor recreational activities. 7 month contract to start with the opportunity to extend!

Job Duties

A line cook is responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry, and/or stations or other areas of the kitchen. Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines. Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner. Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant. Restocks all items as needed throughout shift. Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills. Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.

Must have 1 Year of Professional Kitchen Experience

Visa Requirements: Applicant must hold the proper work authorization to be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
