We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Water Well Driller's Helper to join our team. This entry-level position involves assisting experienced drillers in the installation and maintenance of water wells. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the operation of drilling rigs and related equipment. Help with site preparation and cleanup. Load and unload equipment and materials. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Provide support to the drilling team as needed. Complete daily logs and reports of work performed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning about drilling operations. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
