RESPONSABILITIES
Managing emergency restoration projects
from start to finish, ensuring that each service is executed correctly and on schedule
Coordinating and supervising emergency services
remotely and on site such as water extraction, fire containment, etc
Requesting and supervising technical trades and subcontractors
, ensuring services are performed efficiently, to standard and on time
Producing emergency service estimates
for various resulting damages
Document
damages and work performed, including photos, moisture readings, and sketches
Requesting trade quotes and interpreting trade reports
Ensure emergency standards and KPI's are met
Carry out water damage restoration tasks in alignment with IICRC industry standards
Demonstrate quick thinking and proactive decision-making when faced with unexpected challenges
Knowledge of structural drying techniques and protocols
Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with both clients and team members
Able to assess and manage structural drying across multiple units or properties
Possess strong leadership skills and experience managing team operations
Experienced in operating all types of drying equipment, including air movers, air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, floor drying system, etc
Ensure clients consistently receive exceptional service and outstanding care throughout the project
Skilled in demolition and tear-out processes for damaged areas in both residential and commercial properties of various scales
Able to stay composed and focused during high-pressure or fast-paced situations
Competent in safely and effectively using restoration tools and machinery, such as dehumidifiers, truck mounts, and air filtration systems
REQUIREMENTS:
2-5 years of experience in emergency restoration (fire, water, wind, ice)
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in restoration work related to fire or water damage, or in a similar field
Background in estimating emergency services and overseeing emergency restoration efforts
High School Diploma
Current IICRC accreditation preferable
Valid license with clean driving record
Bondable
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
IICRC Water Restoration Technician Certification (preferred or willing to obtain
