Responsibilities:

• Ensure effluent water leaving the wastewater treatment room is clean and free of contaminants as per the by law standards and the Region of Waterloo's parameters.
• Handling of chemical on a daily basis
• Responsible for ensuring rotary screen is kept clean.
• Log any issues during the night or abnormal discharge
• Ensure all chemical levels are above the refill line and replace as required.
• Responsible for general housekeeping of the water treatment room.
• Responsible for high pressure washing of the floor, pipes and walls with water and sanitizer.
• Optional Saturday Overtimes on occasion.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow strict SOP guidelines and GMP's.
• A good attendance record is required.
• You must work SAFELY at all times and wear the required PPE when needed
• Preferably licensed DAF Operator.
• Other duties as required.

Please note that the expected new hire salary range provided is derived from a group of like roles within Sunrise Farms. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
