Your Opportunity at SECURE:

The Waste Labourer is responsible for day-to-day duties on site needed to complete work in a safe and timely fashion and maintain a clean work site. This position must also adhere to our safety program and work as a contributing member of the site team.


Work Environment:

This position is located in Fort McMurray, Alberta and is fly in, fly out of Edmonton or Calgary on a shift rotation.
A Day in The Life:
Provide logistics support, including delivery and pickup of waste containers at the Horizon site Ensure waste containers are field-ready for clients Assist third-party transporters with loading waste for disposal Sample waste for lab testing Maintain necessary supplies Support on-site project execution

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
1 - 2 years of General Labourer experience Ability to work effectively in a team Oil & Gas service experience is an asset Waste management experience is an asset (training provided) Willingness to work extended days away from home (camp accommodations and flights provided) Physically capable of performing labour-intensive work Strong communication skills Forklift (Telehandler) experience Trailer towing experience
