FULL-TIME Wash Bay Attendant

to our team at our Winnipeg Fleet Repair & Maintenance Facility. Our fully equipped facility is clean and modern, with a workplace environment that instills safety while doing your best work.


The full-time, permanent shift offers 40 hours per week, working 4 x 10-hour shifts Monday - Thursday (either 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM or 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM)

Duties will include:

Review book-in schedule to determine the tractors and trailers to be washed and/or cleaned Locate and shunt in equipment into the wash bay/shop, if Shunt Driver unavailable Review work order to determine extent of cleaning required and complete work in a safe and timely manner Adhere to all operating and safety policies and procedures in working with chemicals and cleaning products Maintain a clean work area Perform other duties as may be assigned (examples - shoveling snow from paths/doorways, cleaning garbage, assist with other labourer functions*)

Position Requirements:

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members Reliability to attend work on time and regularly Must have safety boots (allowance provided annually)*
Physically able to operate high pressure hose and scrub/brush to clean equipment Comfortable to work on a platform to wash trucks/trailers Demonstrated safety knowledge The successful candidate will require reliable transportation as our facility is located outside of public transport + Pre-employment and post-incident controlled substance & alcohol testing is mandatory for this position as it is deemed safety sensitive.*
