Warranty Supervisor

who takes pride in problem-solving, teamwork, and delivering exceptional homeowner care.

In this role, you'll oversee warranty service operations, manage Tarion inquiries, and ensure every homeowner experience meets the high standards Granite Homes is known for. You'll supervise a Service Technician, coordinate with trade partners, and take a hands-on approach to resolving issues and maintaining quality.

What You'll Do:

Supervise and support the Warranty Service Technician in daily activities and homeowner visits Manage Tarion warranty service requests and ensure timely, professional responses Schedule and coordinate service appointments and trade partner work Conduct and oversee Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs), Construction Orientations, and follow-ups Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, trade partners, and suppliers Identify and resolve recurring warranty or quality issues Track service performance and prepare monthly reports for leadership review Train and mentor employees in PDI procedures to ensure consistent service excellence

What You Bring:

Experience in residential construction, warranty, or service coordination Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer-first mindset A proactive and organized approach to managing multiple priorities Ability to balance fieldwork with administrative responsibilities Familiarity with Tarion processes and Ontario building standards (asset)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
