If you are looking for a dynamic organization, this is the opportunity for you. We are currently recruiting for a Warranty & Returns Coordinator to join our team in Saint John. The Warranty & Returns Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that warranty claims and core returns are processed promptly and accurately. This position works closely with internal teams, including customer service, logistics, and product management, to ensure that all warranty and return claims are handled in compliance with company policies. Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer warranty and return requests via phone, email, or online portal.
  • Review warranty and return claims to determine eligibility for replacement or refund.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather and complete all necessary information, including product documentation and shipping details.
  • Work with warehouse teams to arrange product returns and issue return authorizations.
  • Maintain accurate records of warranty and return claims, including tracking and reporting metrics.
  • Collaborate with product management team to identify trends in warranty and return claims and develop recommendations for improvements.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures related to warranty and returns to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Suitable candidates will meet the following qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; university degree will be considered an asset.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, warranty, or returns processing.
  • Knowledge of warranty and return policies and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
Working Conditions:
  • This position is primarily office-based in Saint John, NB but may require occasional travel to other branches and working in the warehouse.
  • Regular business hours but may require occasional overtime or weekend work during peak periods.
