BVT Truck & Trailer Repair, a division of Steve's Livestock Transport,is a diverse mechanic shop specializing in repairs and maintenance for all types of trucks and trailers as well as custom aluminum fabrication. We have grown into three locations to serve our customers in Blumenort, Brandon, MB as well as Red Deer, AB.


We are looking for a

Warranty & Parts Administrator

to join our team in

BVT

Blumenort, MB

on the Day Shift,

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

.


As a

Warranty/Parts Administrator

, you will play a key role in managing warranty claims and parts inventory for the company fleet and external retail customers and support the maintenance team by providing warranty information.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

Warranty Administration: All administrative duties related to warranty processing such as receiving, processing and reviewing warranty claims as well as maintaining accurate records of claims and ensuring compliance with all warranty

policies

and procedures.

Parts Administration: Assisting with ordering, receiving, stocking and distributing parts for truck and trailer repairs. Ensure inventory is accurate and stocked.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Experience in warranty administration preferred Valid Class 5 License Ability to stand, bend and lift parts as required (50lbs or less) Proficient in Microsoft 360 Knowledge of trucking industry parts and maintenance process an asset Experience with vehicle maintenance reporting standards codes an asset
