Key Responsibilities

1. Warranty Administration Support

File warranty claims and verify claim status twice a month (customer specific and using 3 different software programs)

Follow up providing cause/resolution of rejected claims

Ensuring receipt and shipments of warranty claim parts

Maintain warranty parts room

2. Customer Service Support

Supporting the office manager in welcoming, assisting and improving the customer service model

As needed, directing fast paced phone traffic amongst different groups: parts, service and sales

Constantly focusing on the customer service experience - calls, in-person, emails

3. Office Support

Vending, shopping, coffee machine, birthday treats monthly, organize staff lunches and bbq's

Ordering office supplies / ink cartridges / set up sanitizing schedule monthly

Supporting Marketing / Accounting in special projects as needed (data entry, filing, errands, etc.)

Perform monthly customer survey's and capturing Google reviews

Position Requirements

Position is required Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Position is required at 986 Wall Street

Able to work effectively with a team and individually

Understand the importance of communication and customer service
