Job Description

Aarc-West Mechanical Insulation, one of the leading mechanical insulation companies in BC, is looking for a warehouse/delivery person for our busy construction company. This is a position that combines warehouse work with product delivery to and from job sites. Knowledge of the city and surrounding areas is required, as well as a valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.

This position is part-time (24 hours or 3 days per week) with the potential for full-time.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Keeping accurate warehouse inventory Ensuring warehouse is organized and clean Maintaining tools and equipment Fleet vehicle cleanliness and organization Preventative maintenance of fleet vehicle(s) Disposing of garbage and cardboard Receiving, verifying, unpacking and sorting incoming materials Safe operation of warehouse equipment Picking, packing and delivery of outgoing materials to job sites Preparing material transfer forms and material order forms Removing material(s) from job sites
Job Requirements:

Good communication skills Detail oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to do moderate to heavy lifting and meet physical demands Forklift experience an asset (training and certificate to be provided to the right candidate) General knowledge and ability to use basic hand tools Basic computer/technology skills Fluent in English Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

Wage:

$25-27/hr
