Position Overview



We are currently seeking a reliable, organized, and self-motivated individual to join our team as our Warehouse and Yard Operations Coordinator. This full-time position plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring our crews and projects are supported with well-managed materials, tools, and equipment.

Responsibilities include:



Organize and relocate masonry materials and construction equipment throughout the shop and yard (e.g., scaffolding, tools, pallets of stone, brick, and block) Operate a forklift and/or zoom boom Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently Delivering and picking up construction material and equipment from various locations Test tools and green tag them before they are put into our tool crib Maintain inventory systems and let manager know when inventory items are getting low Assist with general yard and warehouse duties as assigned Occasionally handle heavy materials (up to 36kg/80lbs) Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment Other duties as directed

Skills, Abilities and Experience:



Forklift Certification/experience is required Valid class 5 (minimum) drivers' licence is required Self motivated and able to work independently Organizational and planning skills Strong organizational and planning skills Experience in the construction field is an asset Willing to perform a variety of tasks as required Being able to hop from task to task as priorities change

Position Specifics:



This position is available to start immediately Great hours, Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:15pm Overtime may be requested on occasion Wage will be based on relevant experience Looking for a someone interested in a full time, long term position Reports to the Equipment Manager Our shop is located in Winterburn Industrial Park in West Edmonton. Reliable transportation is required, as there is minimal access to public transportation You must supply your own steel-toed safety boots. Other safety equipment will be provided as required
