Warehouse Worker - Receiver

Shifts:

9am to 5pm or 1pm to 9pm - Monday to Friday

Logistics & Warehouse Manager

Hourly Rate

: $19.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform general physical activities in warehouse; loading, unloading, sorting and moving products and materials manually and using material handling equipment. Read work orders and receive verbal instructions for work assignments. Fill and complete order receipts, and assemble orders. Ensure orders are accurate. Transport filled orders to the designated cooler location. Stock shelves and keep stock clean and in sequence. Mark picked pallets with identifying information. Maintain a high level of health and safety standard. Perform general cleaning duties. Perform other general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Warehouse experience preferred. Able to meet the physical demands of the job. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Friendly, respectful, reliable, honest and have positive attitude. Able and willing to work in a dynamic multicultural environment. Willing to commit to safety policy and standards. Good conversational and written English. High school diploma. Forklift experience is an asset. Able and willing to work in a cold environment.
Experience: Experience from the food/dairy industry is an asset but not required.

Pay: $19.50 per hour
