ProAll International Manufacturing Ltd. a Terex Brand, located in Olds, AB, is seeking a Warehouse Technician for its team. This position will manage pick ticket orders from Production and Internal Distribution management and physically pull inventory from the shelves to ensure accurate delivery and inventory of warehouse products. Qualifications:

• Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365 products (Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Experience in a similar role is considered an asset
• Forklift Experience and/or certificate an asset
• Mechanical aptitude / abilities are considered an asset
• Time management and organizational skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Team oriented, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Keen attention to detail
• Problem solving skills and strong work ethic
• Able to work safely in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stay on your feet for long periods of time

Responsibilities:

• Receive parts and material, ensuring they are put away in the correct bin location
• Manages pick ticket orders
• Pick parts for work orders
• Track, resolve and fill backorders
• Maintain inventory levels and fill shop floor inventory when needed
• Organize the exchange and return of parts
• Maintain detailed accurate records
• Ensure quality work is done in a timely and efficient manner
• Follow up with supervisor to communicate order status or concerns
• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline work related processes
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks
• Follow all safety policies and maintain integrity
• Pulls warehouse items from the shelves based on number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements
• Ensures that orders are accurate
• Stages items correctly for delivery
• Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed
• Plans and monitors product storage and dispatch
• Oversees stock replenishment
• Monitors stock control systems and processes specific orders
• Ensures warehouse goals are met
• Maintains a high level of health and safety standards
• Shrink wraps products to pallets
• Loads delivery vehicles
• Packs warehouse orders as necessary
• Performs other general warehouse duties as neededw all safety policies and maintain integrity
