We at Kootenay Lake Electric are looking for a new warehouse technician!This is a multi-facetted position that necessitates a flexible and organized personality. It is most suited for an individual who can easily take direction and work independently. For the right person there is room for growth, increasing responsibility and pay.Duties and Responsibilities : Inventory control Shipping and receiving stock Pick up and delivery of material to jobsites Assisting Journeymen in labor tasks Cleaning and stocking work trucks Physically demanding (must be able to lift 50 lbs) Keeping warehouse clean and organized (ex. Garbage and recycling) Organization of offsite storage Sorting and returning wire recyclingRequirements: Class 5 driver's license Clean driving abstract Criminal record checkPreferred Skills: Comfortable driving work trucks Time management Organized Self-motivated Comfortable with multi-taskingOur company is made up of a growing team of electricians, security technicians and office administrators, however we operate best as a cohesive unit.
