Currently hiring for a Warehouse Team Lead in the Mississauga area

Operations Supervisor
Salary: $52,000.00,
ON - Mississauga
Role: Warehouse Team Lead (Operations Supervisor)
Salary: $47,000/year-$52,000/year based on experience.
PERKS: $6,000 in bonuses after first year ($1000 per quarter, $2000 annually; based on meeting KPIs, completing courses and, company performance).
Hours: 5:00am - 1:00pm Monday to Friday (Fully on site).
Vacation: 3 weeks
Sick: 5 days

Office Culture: Employee appreciation lunch or breakfast once a month, Summer events, December awards ceremony and holiday lunch. Small operations team of about 9 people including managers.
Average Day:

• Check emails first thing in the morning.
• Walk on to the floor & have a meeting with the team about previous day & things to do.
• Oversee the mail team (4 people).
• Operate pump truck/pallet jack when needed.
• Ensure safety of team.
• Create schedules.
• Building skids.
• Loading trucks (shipping & receiving). This is only required if shipping/receiving team is short staffed.
• Production reports.
• Create presentations.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience leading/managing a warehouse team. Small team of 4 in this role.
• Proficient in MS office suite, outlook. Client will train on any internal software.
• Forklift certification NOT required. Candidate will be operating a pump truck.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must have own vehicle due to early shift time.
• Excellent communication. Candidate will have to communicate with other departments/clients.
• Excellent leadership skills.
