Warehouse Support

Position Type: Hourly, Full-Time

Reports To: Warehouse Lead

Department: Operations - Warehouse

Location: Berwick NS

Role Summary:

Our Warehouse Support plays a key role within the BB warehouse team, ensuring efficient, accurate,

and safe movement and preparation of products and materials. Reporting to and working closely with

the Warehouse Lead, this position helps to maintain inventory integrity, support order preparation, and

contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse.

Core Responsibilities:

Order & PO Preparation

? Support the Warehouse Lead in preparing purchase orders (POs) for all channels (DTC, retail,

distribution, onsite).

? Build pallets to specification, ensuring correct items, quantities, stickers, pallet configuration,

and jurisdiction-specific requirements.

? Assist with final quality checks before orders leave the warehouse, including taking or receiving

photos and confirming accuracy against PO sheets.

? Help load outgoing orders safely and correctly, following established procedures.

Inventory Handling & Warehouse Organization

? Assist in receiving incoming materials and finished goods, confirming accuracy and condition of

shipments.

? Help maintain inventory organization and integrity by placing items in designated locations,

rotating product, and reporting discrepancies.

? Support re-stocking, bin transfers, and internal product movements to other teams (winery,

hospitality, events, production).

? Maintain cleanliness and order within the warehouse to ensure efficient use of space and safe

working conditions.

Equipment Operation & General Support

? Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse tools (forklift certification considered an asset

but not required).

? Help load and unload trucks under the direction of the Warehouse Lead.

? Support the Warehouse Lead with the gyro pallet machine (loading/unloading, basic operation)

after training.

? Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed, contributing to a collaborative, high-performing

environment.

Skills & Attributes:

? Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

? Reliable, punctual, and consistent in completing tasks.

? Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and collaboratively.

? Physical ability to lift, move, and stack cases/pallets safely (up to 50 lbs).

? Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

? Previous warehouse experience is an asset but not required -- training will be provided.

Compensation:

? Starting wage of $20.00
