Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Hallite Canada Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of our seals warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe working environment while meeting shipment targets.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of sealing products
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes

Monitor inventory levels and accuracy, conducting regular cycle counts and reconciliations Lead, train, and develop warehouse team members to maintain high performance standards Implement and maintain warehouse safety procedures in compliance with health and safety regulations Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency Coordinate with production, sales, and quality departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions Generate and analyze warehouse performance reports

Requirements

3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in manufacturing Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Physical ability to move throughout the warehouse and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs Experience with seals, O-rings, or related industrial products is an asset

Pay: $45,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
